- Moulds are taken of your teeth and custom-made plastic trays are made that provide a close fit around your teeth to get the best results,
- At Goodall Dental Practice we use SDI Pola and Boutique – which are popular whitening systems, and offer the choice of using the whitening gel over-night or during the day,
- At your second visit we check the fit of the trays and show you how to apply the gel, you can choose to have your first application done by us and walk out with your discrete trays in place,
The effects of whitening can last up to three years. However, this varies for each person. The effect is less likely to last as long if you smoke, or eat or drink products that can stain your teeth. Tooth whitening does not damage or change the structure of your teeth, some people may find that their teeth become sensitive to cold during or after the treatment. These symptoms are usually temporary and should disappear within a few days of the treatment finishing.
Stain removal
